Stretch your stamp dollars and learn ways to get the most out of your stamps with new techniques and clever tips.  Make 3 cards featuring a floral, background and a border stamp.  I will show you more cards using the same stamps.

Die Cutting - Part 1

This class will be "hands on" where you will be using dies to create cards featuring a partial die cut, a window and a shape card.  A "sandwich recipe" for each machine you may own will be provided.  Saturday, Nov. 10th, 10-12pm $22

Another "hands on" class using dies and embossing folders to create cards.   Many more techniques in this class!   Look for samples of cards on the blog or in the store early November.

Can't make the Friday crop or looking to make another page for your album? Join me for Sunday Crop! Bring a basic kit with you and all papers and embellishments are provided. You will learn techniques for adding art media to your page as well as different page layouts!  Each crop is only $12 for all materials and time to complete the project!
Sundays:  October 21, Nov. 11, and Dec. 2nd.  1-3pm $12 each day

Looking to create some pretty cards for the holidays?  Using new Prima papers, bling and flowers, we will create 4 different cards and an embellished handmade box that is perfect for giving or home decor.  You will learn how to recreate the box with a template that you can take home!  Don't miss out on this beautiful card and box class!  It's a Prima Christmas!

Annual Calendar Class

The annual calendar class is a tradition at the Shoppe and this year’s design will focus around vintage romance with lots of feminine touches!  The design will be like nothing we’ve ever done before because we will be using only Graphic 45 collections past and present!   If you love vintage styles, lace, buttons, collage, pearls, ribbons and all things sweet, you’ll love this project.

Ranger Round Up 3!

Ranger Round Up 1 and 2 were so much fun, we are offering Ranger Round Up 3 to cover even more of the many products Ranger has to offer!  You will be given a brand new journal!   If you didn’t attend RR1 or 2, no problem as there are plenty of new techniques.  Here’s a short list of techniques we’ll cover:  Metallic Stain techniques, more with alcohol inks, Vintaj charms and diecuts and creating for the holidays!

Many of you have expressed an interest in working with the darling template designs made from Creations by AR and as seen sprinkled throughout the Shoppe.  We will create 3 projects that are sure to make great holiday gifties.  You’ll also be given a 4^th template to take home!

Operation Write Home (OWH) Card Making Frenzy!

Nov. 7^th – 11^th (10-3pm)

To honor our soldiers and to support a most worthy organization, Operation Write Home.org. 

Join us during any of these four days to make a card (to keep) and to make a card (to give).

Stop in any time and make a card designed by our creative team of instructors.  Keep one for yourself and donate one to OWH.  We are aiming for 100 donated cards in 4 days!!!!  Help us reach our goal just by stopping in.  Feel free to bring additional cards to donate as well but they must be A2 size with a long side fold rather than a top fold! 

Remember, NO GLITTER, very little bulk.  Desired Themes:  Birthday, Love, Thank You, Missing You, Thinking of You, Valentine, Cards for Kids and/or Blank Inside

2^ND Annual Home “Made” For The Holidays

Home “Made” for the Holidays is not a class or a make and take.  It’s holiday project samples that we hope will inspire you!  We will display the featured project themes every Friday from Nov. 23rd through December 14^th.  Materials to create the projects will be available for purchase. 

 

Weekly holiday themes are as follows:  Ornamentation, Gifties, Packaging, and Table Dressing.  Projects are paper crafted using store products, our stash, re-cycled and re-purposed items from around the house, flea markets and good will finds.  Each theme will include samples that are sure to bring you many inspiring ideas for your own hand made gifts!  All you have to do is stop by the Shoppe for some holiday inspiration!

Clubs, Classes and Crops

Class Registration Policy
All classes require pre-payment with credit card or personal check.  Payment cannot be transferred to another class if you cannot attend.  Pre-payment helps our instructors to prepare kits and materials needed to conduct the class. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class.  Bring a Basic Kit to every class consisting of:  scissors, bone folder, adhesives, glues, ruler, pencil, trimmer, Scor tape (1/8 or ¼ inch), foam mounting tape, Distress inks (Vintage photo and Antique Linen or Old Paper) with blending pads, distressing tool, black ultra fine Sharpie or similar.

 

Table Time

Weekend Crop has changed to Table Time every Sunday from 12-3pm.  With paid Table Time ($5) diecutting is FREE!  Just bring/purchase papers.  Good time to ‘scraplift’ any of the creative layout samples!!! 

 

Kathy & Friends Crop Friday Morning: 10-11:30am $10

A great time to learn, share and have fun. Open to all levels! All materials supplied to create a layout featured for that day! Look for special guest crop instructors-announced in the weekly newsletter! Please bring your photos and a basic kit!

 

Paper Arts Club with Lyn $10 

This group meets the 4^th Wednesday of every month @ 6:30. Bring basic kit and 2 cards to trade.  Please call and reserve your spot if planning to attend!
